|Recommended: YesEverything is Great, Would Prefer Different Parking Spot — Apartment complex is clean, modern, close to the beach, close to OB nightlife and has onsite laundry facilities. The room is well insulated and I haven't had any complaints about noise. Also, the maintenance crew fixes problems in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with living in this apartment complex.
I am grateful to have a parking spot, but I would prefer to have one of the parking spots in front of the apartment complex off the Del Monte street as oppose to the parking spot in the alley. Unfortunately, alley parking spots are on an incline and I can't help but scrape the bottom of the car I have a Sedan style car on the pavement when backing out from time to time.
Everything about this place is awesome. I asked to be placed on a waiting list for the front side parking spots and I hope to get a different parking spot in the near future. I think that having a parking spot in which I didn't have to worry about scraping the bottom of my car would greatly improve the living experience.
|Recommended: YesEnjoying life at Coco Palms — I've enjoyed living at this community. They do a really good job with the maintenance of the property and recent upgrades have really made the apartment community comfortable and enjoyable to be at.

|Recommended: YesLOVE my apartment management and lifestyle here! — Lovely. It is a home, not an apartment. Neighbors are kind. The property is immaculate and residents respectful. Management and maintenance teams are superb. Have lived in 6 locations in OB over 20 years and this is by far and away the best managed and kept property - inside and out- than the others. (And I consider myself picky!). I feel lucky to live here - having a spacious apartment, big windows, a glamourous pool (what a difference a colored light makes!) and hot tub, workout room, reasonably priced laundry, parking. I feel as though I am getting away with something by paying so little rent for so many amenities and great people around me. The best kept secret in OB! I just wish there was a way to bring all the neighbors together to meet each other rather than just in passing. I would like to see the use of this website bumped up a bit - the classifieds would be terrific (used in another building and much appreciated, and neighbors met each other that way too!), announcements, etc. Much potential for the website. Thank you!
